Scott Oki was writing his memoir, but had quite a few pieces to stitch together to turn it into a reality—like editing, designing, and especially getting his vision for the materials just right.
The Solution
Bound By Fate And Leather
While Scott’s editors at Braun Ink worked in finalizing the interior of the book, Scott tasked GIRVIN with designing the calligraphic cover design and marbled end pages as well as sourcing a bindery that specialized in leatherwork. It was no easy task, but we found just the right place for the job: C&H Bookbinding. With all three of our teams combined, we were able to execute Scott’s vision flawlessly.
