Located only blocks away from the US Capitol building in Washington DC, the prestigious commercial office building of 101 Constitution offered premier positioning and superb views. But while every detail of the powerhouse structure boasted superb craftsmanship, its outdated branding strategy left something to be desired.
The Solution
A modern twist
Working with Washington Capital, the union-focused investment team that leveraged the funding of the building, as well as building managers and real estate leasing teams, we developed a more strategically focused brand design package that supports an upscale leasing representation and conveys the building’s prestige and understated elegance. The new branding was applied to signage and digital and print applications.
